Ann is a lifelong performing artist who has performed on Broadway, Off-Broadway, and at major venues across the country. She has worked with top producers and directors throughout her career on stage. Ann's passion for theater did not end after she became a mother 18 years ago, but was rather channeled into a new arena: performance education. She is currently running a drama program at a NYC Public High School. During her break from pursuing her career, Ann was extremely active in education advocacy for children and volunteering. She directed several children's plays, mentored children in acting, singing, and auditioning, and had earned herself a seat on the District 28 Community Education Council.
Ann's next chapter is unwritten. And as she pens her future adventures, one thing is certain: live performance will be center stage. Nothing fulfills Ann more than interpreting the nuance of a song, or lighting up an audience’s face with recognition of a shared human experience. Curious, challenging, off-center, loony, substantive – these are some of the qualities Ann looks for when choosing the next show or experience in which to plunge her entire being. Join her on this new chapter of her life.
